TS Fahrzeug & IT-Systeme
Special Services
Where authorised dealers only offer an expensive full replacement, we repair precisely — at component, data and firmware level.
We are not a classic auto repair shop, but the interface between modern IT systems engineering and professional vehicle electronics. With 15 years of IT experience and 10 years specialising in vehicle software and control units, we solve problems where others no longer see an interface: in the code, in the data and in the hardware behind it. Instead of an expensive parts swap, we repair specifically at component and firmware level – economically, transparently and within the applicable legal framework.

BMW Electronics Specialist Repairs
Targeted repair at component and firmware level instead of a costly replacement.
Footwell Module FRM3 – Repair
We fix the typical FRM3 fault (e.g. permanent parking light, failed window lifters/indicators, disrupted OBD communication) by restoring the original firmware – your codings are preserved. Series include E8x, E9x and E7x.
Engine Control Unit MSD80 / MSD81 (N54)
Resolution of the well-known internal-failure faults (30BA / 30BB) with symptoms such as misfires, rough running up to limp mode – through proper component replacement and thus an economical alternative to a new part.
Control-Unit Repair in General
Diagnosis and repair of defective control units at board level, so your vehicle runs reliably again without an expensive complete replacement.

Keys, Immobiliser & Control-Unit Replacement
Solutions for authorised vehicle owners – BMW and the VAG group (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda).
Additional Keys & Key Loss
Programming of additional keys as well as restoring drivability after a complete key loss (All Keys Lost) – exclusively for authorised owners with proof of ownership. BMW systems (EWS, CAS, FEM/BDC) and VAG immobiliser. (see note)
Control-Unit Cloning for Defect Replacement
In the event of a defective control unit, we transfer your original data 1:1 onto a working replacement unit (e.g. DME/DDE, EGS, CAS/FEM), so your vehicle is roadworthy again without complex recoding. (see note)
Programming a Used Instrument Cluster
When replacing a defective instrument cluster, we program the replacement unit to suit the vehicle and correctly carry over the original mileage – for flawless, error-free operation. We do not alter odometer readings. (see note)

Software Adaptation & Performance Optimisation
Map and software tuning on the dyno and in the lab.
Map Optimisation
Individual tuning of engine maps on the dyno with data logging – for a cleanly calibrated delivery of performance and efficiency for your vehicle.
Transmission Software Optimisation
Optimisation of shift logic, response behaviour and torque distribution for a more direct driving feel – for automatic, DSG and dual-clutch transmissions (BMW, VAG).
Unlocking Factory Power Levels
Where identical hardware ships with different factory power levels, we raise software-side limits to the level of the stronger factory variant – within the technically intended scope.
Deactivating Exhaust Aftertreatment
Adaptations to DPF, EGR and SCR/AdBlue are offered exclusively for vehicles without road registration – e.g. for motorsport, export or dyno. Use on public roads is therefore not permitted. (see note)

Retrofitting, Coding & Customisation
More comfort and functionality – without unnecessary hardware changes.
Retrofitting & Feature Activation
Integration and activation of retrofitted features such as CarPlay/Android Auto, navigation including map updates or equipment features (e.g. parking aid, reversing camera, cruise control).
Coding & Parameterisation
Individual adaptation of vehicle functions via control-unit coding – such as lighting behaviour, daytime running lights or comfort closing, tailored to your wishes.
Alpina Transmission Software (Flash)
Flashing optimised transmission logic incl. gear display (D1/D2 …) for BMW automatic transmissions of the E, F and G series.

Vehicle-Data Analysis & Plausibility Check
Technical assessment of control-unit data – with indications of possible irregularities.
Comparison of Control-Unit Data
Reading out and cross-checking the relevant control units (e.g. DME/DDE, CAS/FEM/BDC, instrument cluster, gateway) to document a vehicle’s data inventory transparently. (see note)
Plausibility Check of Mileage & Event Data
Cross-checking odometer readings, operating hours and event data across multiple control units to make inconsistencies visible. (see note)
Indications of Possible Data or Software Manipulation
Assessment of irregularities in coding, flash data, version states and plausibility – as a technical basis for decisions, for example before buying a vehicle. (see note)
Software & Third-Party Tuning Analysis
Examination of map structure, protective functions and plausibility of existing tuning software – to assess and avoid technical consequential damage. (see note)
